Following the Order No. 3614-G/2020, published in the Official Journal No. 58/2020, 1^st Supplement, Series II, on 23 March 2020, establishing the operating rules of the departments of the Directorate-General for Resources Natural, Safety and Maritime Services (DGRM) during the state of emergency, the following is reported:

1. The face-to-face service of the DGRM, not only at its headquarters in Lisbon, but also in the Northern Inspection Area, in Leça da Palmeira, remains in place in working days, between 9 am and 4 pm, through pre-scheduling, and it is limited to services which cannot be provided electronically or which are urgent.
2. The face-to-face service of the DGRM, located in the Azores Inspection Area, in Ponta Delgada, and in Madeira's Inspection Area, in Funchal, is temporarily closed.
3. All services which do not require face-to-face service or which are not urgent will be requested only via Balcão Eletrónico do Mar/BMar (www.bmar.pt) or by email to the following address:  ajuda.bmar@dgrm.mm.gov.pt.
4. The pre-scheduling of the public services should be made by email to ajuda.bmar@dgrm.mm.gov.pt or by phone +351 213 035 805 or via ePortugal Web Portal (https://eportugal.gov.pt/) and by phone lines 300 003 990 for citizens and 300 003 980 for companies.
5. After the pre-scheduling request is made, you will be provided with information, by email or phone, about the scheduled date and time or, whenever possible, about alternative ways of service.
6. Only one person at a time will be allowed access to the attendance places, the other people should wait outside the facilities of the DGRM, taking into account the safety distance between people and according to the recommendations of the health authorities.
7. In the face-to-face service, the safety distance will also be safeguarded and the payments will be made preferably by electronic means.
