Considering the importance of responding to the difficulties currently experienced in light of the current situation and within the scope of exceptional and temporary measures relating to the epidemiological situation of the new coronavirus - COVID 19 and, furthermore, in accordance with the provisions of article 31-C of Decree no. 3-A/2021, of 14 January, in its current wording, the Transitional and Exceptional Rules for the operation of theoretical and theoretical-practical distance training of recreational boating courses are hereby published.
