In view of the exceptional and temporary measures relating to the epidemiological situation caused by the new Coronavirus - COVID 19, adopted by the Portuguese Government and, in particular, the severe constraints that the epidemic has caused in the exercise of maritime-tourist activity, the Portuguese Maritime Administration has decided to publish exceptional guidelines for maintaining the validity of the certification of airworthiness of vessels covered by the national scheme for the safety of navigation (Airworthiness Certification).
