As previously communicated, it is confirmed that, starting at 00:00 on April 5, 2021, recreational fishing will be allowed again in the offshore, onboard and underwater modes, since this activity can be assimilated to the sporting activity of low risk, and the specific guidelines of the Directorate-General for Health (DGS) should always be followed.

This decision was taken by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, through Decree No. 6/2021, of 3 April, which regulates the state of emergency decreed by the President of the Republic.
