Following the publication of Decree-Law No. 7/2021, of 17 April, which regulates the state of emergency declared by the President of the Republic and in accordance with the gradual strategy of lifting confinement measures in the context of combating the pandemic of the disease COVID- 19 established in the Resolution of the Council of Ministers no. 19/2021, of 13 March, the classroom teaching of recreational boating is resumed in accordance with the respective Guidelines for the resumption of training and assessment of Yatchman or recreational crafts navigators.
