Under the provisions of paragraph 5, Article 2 of Administrative Rule no. 308/2021 of 30 December, Administrative Rule no. 31/DG/2021 was published, which determines that anchovy fishing will now be authorised in accordance with the rules set out in the said Administrative Rule.
