Considering the data on catches made by the Portuguese fleet of the sole stock (Solea spp.) in divisions 8c, 8d, 8e, 9, 10 and Union waters of the CECAF 34.1.1., the quota utilization reached 80%.

By Dispatch n.º 49/DG/2021, of the General Director of Natural Resources, Safety and Maritime Services, in accordance with paragraph 3 of article 1 of Ordinance No. 20/2013, of January 22, given that the use of 80% of the sole quota (Solea spp .) in divisions 8c, 8d, 8e, 9, 10 and Union waters of CECAF zone 34.1.1., was reached after 30 of September, the continuation of directed fishing for this stock is authorized.
