Considering the data on catches made by the Portuguese fleet of the Anglerfish stock (Lophiidae) in zones 8c, 9, 10 and EU waters of CECAF zone 34.1.1., it is reported that the quota utilization reached 95%.

Thus, in accordance with paragraph 3 of article 1 of Ordinance No. 20/2013, of January 22, in the current wording, for trips starting from 00:00 hours on December 7, directed fishing is prohibited and discharges from this stock are limited to bycatches of up to 5% of the total discharged per vessel on each fishing trip.
