The Ship Recycling Regulation, which aims to significantly reduce the negative effects of recycling ships flying the EU flag, is under public consultation, so we invite you to participate, until next June 30th, at:

The evaluation will:

• assess how well the Regulation contributes to the general policy objectives of the European Green Deal and the circular economy action plan
• assess how well it has been applied and its impact to date
• identify shortcomings with its implementation and enforcement
• provide well-justified conclusions.
