Following an exchange of quotas negotiated with another Member State which has resulted in an increase in the Portuguese quota for red seabream (Pagellus bagaraveo) in Union and international waters of sub-area 9 (SBR/09-), notice is hereby given of the reopening of the fishery for this stock as from 00:00 hours on 23 September.
