Order No. 255/2022, of 26 October, was published, setting the minimum conservation reference sizes for species for which minimum sizes are not fixed by European Union (EU) legislation, namely by Regulation (EU) 2019/1241 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on the conservation of fishery resources and the protection of marine ecosystems through technical measures.
