The capture, retention, maintenance on board and landing of bluefin tuna, in any form of recreational fishing, is prohibited, and the specimens must be immediately returned to the sea, as well as the authorizations granted under paragraph 1 of article revoked. 11 of Ordinance No. 14/2014 of January 23.
