Considering the data on catches made by the Portuguese fleet of the Anglerfish stock (Lophiidae) in zones 8c, 9, 10 and EU waters of CECAF zone 34.1.1., it is reported that the quota utilization reached 95%.

Thus, in accordance with paragraph 3 of article 1 of Ordinance No. 20/2013, of January 22, as amended, directed fishing for this stock is prohibited from 00:00 hours on October 21, and the respective discards are limited to by-catches of up to 5% of the total discarded per vessel on each fishing trip.
