The request for the issuance of a 2nd copy of the card to supply colored and marked diesel exempt from ISP, due to loss or damage, must be made when the assigned card is lost / lost or the vessel cannot be supplied due to damage to the same.
The request to unblock the card by mistakenly entering the PIN code 3 times in a row, must be made when the vessel cannot be supplied due to this situation.
These requests can be made at any time of the year, as long as the conditions are maintained for the shipowner / vessel to enjoy this tax benefit.
Owners of vessels registered in the national fishing fleet equipped with a diesel propulsion engine and with a valid fishing license, which have their tax and contribution status regularized.

If the application is not active, the supply cannot be carried out and the shipowner must contact the DGRM (tel: 21 303 5704/21 3035837, fax: 21 303 5917 or email: mail.df@dgrm.mm.gov.pt).
No documents other than the form are required.
Recognition of the benefit and the attribution of the card are free of charge for the beneficiary.
The card is valid for five years from the date of issue.
