Owners and/or shipowners (Charterers and Charterers).

The request is made through the form, available at "Execute Service", and can be delivered to the Directorate-General for Natural Resources, Security and Maritime Services (DGRM), by hand, via CTT or by email to: mail.df@dgrm.mm.gov.pt.

• Identification document, where the signature of the charterer and charterer can be proven(*);
• Charterer's tax identification number;
• Updated proof of the charterer in the economic activity of fishing (CAE 0311), with the Tax Authority
• Draft Charter Agreement agreed between the parties;
• Permanent Certificate (or access code) of the charterer and charterer (if legal person).

(*) To be sent only in case it is impossible to visit our services in person to prove the same.

No cost to the applicant. The authorization lasts for one year, automatically renewable for an equal period, if there is no expression of will by either party to the contrary.
