The request for transfer of port of registration is made through a form, available under "Perform Service", and can be delivered to the Directorate-General for Natural Resources, Security and Maritime Services (DGRM), by hand, via CTT or by post electronic to: mail.df@dgrm.mm.gov.pt.

No documents other than the Form are required.

No cost.
