Acquisition of fishing vessels

By purchase and sale and by donation

At any time of the year.

Promising Buyers, Owners, Grantees.

The request is made through the form, available under "Execute Service", and can be delivered to the Directorate-General for Natural Resources, Security and Maritime Services (DGRM), by hand, via CTT or by email to: mail.df @dgrm.mm.gov.pt. In addition to the applicant's signature, the Form must also be signed by the owner of the vessel to be sold/donated.

  • Photocopy of the updated Title of Ownership that identifies the engine (main) for which the applicant applies for the subsidy;
  • Identification document, where the signature of the owner(s) of the vessel/the purchaser(s)/donatories can be proven (*)
  • Proof(s) of agreement of the donation by any legal heirs and/or spouse, if the situation of the owner/donor so requires. (if applicable);
  • Permanent certificate of the company, or availability of the access code (legal persons);
  • Identification document, where the signature of the person with the power to perform the act can be proven (*) (legal persons).

(*) To be sent only in case it is impossible to visit our services in person to prove the same.

 

No cost to the applicant. The authorization is valid for a period of 90 days, counting from the date of the respective communication.
