Fill in the form and send it, together with the documents indicated in "What documents are needed", to the email address: mail.df@dgrm.mm.gov.pt
- Tax Identification Document;
- Updated proof of registration with the Tax and Customs Authority to carry out fishing activities (group 031 of the CAE);
- Updated proof of registration (classification) in the fishing activity, with Social Security.
No cost.
