2.    Fill out the form and send it, accompanied by the documents indicated in "What documents are needed", to the email address: mail.df@dgrm.mm.gov.pt

• Updated proof of registration with the Tax and Customs Authority to carry out fishing activities (group 031 of the CAE);
• Updated proof of registration in the fishing activity, with Social Security.
• Declaration of the respective Maritime Authority that proves the difficulties in going to the auction.
