Book Requests (Shipping Guides and Sales Notes)

Whomever is authorised for the first sale of fresh fish off the auction granted per one year 

Fishing Licence holders operating exclusevely in the Rio Guadiana and  Rio Minho area and arte xávega (drag net fishing) gear licenced vessels 

Before you request the book , you must authorised for the first sale of fresh fish off the auction granted per one year 

The application is submitted online through the Electronic Sea Desk (BMar):

1. Open www.bmar.pt, please register and log in.
2. Press the New Request button, choose the following category "Professional Fishing" and Request type "Book Requests (Shipping Guides, Invoices e Sales Notes)".
3. Fill in the required data.
4. Attach the documents requested in the fields provided for this purpose.
5. Check your request summary and submit the application.

Note: Only vessels registered with local fishing or local auxiliaries are allowed. The local fishing vessel must be licensed.

It is necessary to attach to your order:

  • Triplicate of the last document issued (of the same type of document you want to acquire)
  • Other documentation that, in the course of analysis, may be required

 

If representative:

  • Statement or power of attorney from the holder (a mandatory document to initiate the process).

If representative of an entity:

  • Statement legal representative of an entity (a mandatory document to initiate the process).

If you want the books to be sent by mail, please add the respective postage.
