Boat owners and holders of professional fishing licenses authorized to operate:
• on the Minho River
• on the Guadiana River
• using the traditional fishing method known as "Arte-Xávega"
The application is submitted online through the Electronic Sea Desk (BMar):
- 1. Open www.bmar.pt, please register and log in.
2. Press the New Request button, choose the following category "Professional Fishing" and Request type "Vessels - Authorization for first sale outside of auction".
3. Fill in the required data.
4. Attach the documents requested in the fields provided for this purpose.
5. Check your request summary and submit the application.
Note: the application is only analyzed after payment, but the amount paid is non-refundable even if rejected.
