- Protection Awareness Qualification Certificate
- Maritime note (cover sheet and records of shipments and landings, duly stamped and initialed)
- Declaration by the master of the ship / company attesting to the functions performed
- Medical certificate for seafarers
- Certificate certifying professional qualifications with syllabus and training hours (when applicable)
- Other documents.
