Whenever, for reasons of force majeure, it is not possible to carry out the overhaul of pneumatic liferafts at intervals not exceeding 12 months
The maximum validity of the extension is 5 months
Owners of vessels, except for recreational vessels
The application is submitted online through the Balcão Eletrônico do Mar (BMar):
- Go to www.bmar.pt, register and authenticate.
- Go to New Order, select the Order Category "Vessels" and the Order Type "Service station certification for overhaul of pneumatic rafts".
- Fill in the required data.
- Attach the documents in the appropriate fields for this purpose.
- Check the information and submit your request.
