Transmission of Title of Aquaculture Activity Title

Provided that the requirements that gave rise to the TAA are fulfilled, this title is transferable by means of communication to the competent coordinating entity, through BMar within 30 days in relation to the date foreseen for the transfer of the establishment or the sale of the shareholdings that ensure the domain company holding the title.

In the event of the death of the holder, the TAA is transmitted under the general terms of law, with the head of the couple communicating the transmission to the competent coordinating entity, within 90 days after the qualification of heirs.

Companies or private persons that want to transmit the Aquaculture Activity Certificate (TAA) of the culture establishments in marine waters and / or related establishments.

Online order submission:

  1. Register and authenticate yourself;
  2. Access the new Request menu, select the Request Category, "Aquaculture Activity Titles "and the Order Type" Transmission of Aquaculture Activity Title Entitlement ";
  3. Fill out the form, upload the attachments, check the information and submit your request.

In the case of the new holder, it is not yet included in the DGRM database, attach a copy of the Citizen Card or the company's commercial register, in the case of a natural or legal person, respectively.
