Os requerentes podem solicitar a emissão da licença com uma antecedência mínima de cinco dias úteis em relação à data de início. A licença só poderá ser emitida no prazo de três dias úteis a contar da submissão se for urgente
 

Applicants should request with a minimum of five working days before the starting date, for regular licences; and three working days before the starting date, for urgent licences.

Disponível para cidadãos nacionais não residentes ou estrangeiros que queiram adquirir as licenças através de pagamento por transferencia bancária.

Available to non-resident nationals, or foreigners, who wish to purchase the licenses through payment by bank transfer.

A submissão do pedido é feita online através do Balcão Eletrónico do Mar (BMar):

1. Aceda a www.bmar.pt, registe-se e autentique-se.

2. Aceda a Novo Pedido, selecione a Categoria de Pedido "Pesca Lúdica" e o Tipo de Pedido " Licença Individual/Coletiva por Transferência Bancária".

3. Preencha os dados requeridos, especificando:

• Tipo de Licença;
• Período da Licença;
• Data de Início

4. Indique quais os titulares da licença.

5. Calcule o valor da fatura. Ser-lhe-á facultado o IBAN e o Código SWIFT.

6. Indique o “IBAN / Número da Conta de Origem da Transferência” e grave o seu pedido.

6. Depois de feito o pagamento, junte o respetivo comprovativo nos "Anexos ".

7. Verifique a informação e submeta o pedido.

The application is submitted online through the Balcão Eletrónico do Mar (BMar):

1. Access www.bmar.pt, register and authenticate.

2. Access New Request, select the Category of Request "Recreational Fishing" and the Type of Request "Singular/Collective Licence by Bank Transfer".

3. Fill in the required data, specifying:

• Licence Type;
• Licence Period;
• Start Date.

4. Insert the license holders.

5. Calculate the invoice amount. The IBAN and the SWIFT Code will be displayed.

6. Enter the “Transfer Origin IBAN / Account Number” and save your request.

6. After the payment is completed, attach the receipt in the "Annexes".

7. Check the information and submit your request.
